​3. Tournaments & Gameplay

• ​Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized software will result in immediate disqualification.

​4. Rewards & Wallet Redemptions

• ​All in-app virtual currencies, reward points, and redemptions are managed securely through the SN Battle Zone wallet.
• ​Reward redemptions will only be processed to verified accounts with accurate details.

​5. Refund Policy

​Refunds of virtual currency (Coins/Diamonds) are governed by our Reward & Refund Policy in case of match cancellation. No additional refunds shall be provided beyond the stated policy.

​6. Limitation of Liability

​SN Battle Zone shall not be held liable for losses caused by network issues, technical errors, or user negligence.
